In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Cannot save table setting when upload from CSV file

    Hello 

    I have created a simple and small CSV file with test data

    I use the following flow for uploading the CSV file  

    WpDataTables ==> WpDataTables ==> Add new

    ==> Table title ==>

    I manage to upload the CSV file - 200 -04-CSV.csv

    But when I try to save the setting the process never manage to finish.

    I use a test WordPress environment without a “complex plugins”. 

    Additional information  – the “light version” of WpDataTables work fine

    Hi Eyal,
    Thank you for the purchase.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

    Hi Eyal,


    I was able to upload the same file and try to change some of the settings without any issues when clicking the Save button.
    Can you please try to clear your browser cache and also before clicking the Save button can you please inspect the page and tell me if you can see something in the Network tab. ( attachment)
