Sorry for delayed reply. We had holiday on 1st and 2nd May.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
I will be very happy and I appriate if you could help me ASAP since I have to submit some of my project SOOOON

Table that you are using for existing report is not working. Please prepare report template based on working table and if you could not create whole report please upload template and tell me the name of the table and template and I will try to create it for you
no its working ...just try with any table or just make blank report to understand tge problem ...when i reach 5 step its giving http 500 error or when i try to download the report before i finish
