Hello! I love wpDataTables but continue to have trouble with the "link" to the input file/URL always breaking.
Every one of my tables keeps reverting to something that looks like... /srv/bindings/6b4abf982f204f638c3a12d11ec6da2d/code/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/summary_updated_2016GAA_Final.xlsx
I can see that you opened a same ticket twice so I will close another one and we will continue on this. I must kindly ask you to not do that in future due to our support policy.
Can you please tell me did you uploaded that file to a Wordpress media library? Thank you.
Thanks for the quick reply. I didn't create two tickets intentionally - something went wrong when I went to Envato to renew my support subscription, so I don't expect that same mistake to happen again.
Yes - I've uploaded the Excel files to the Wordpress media library. Please let me know if you need me to resend the link.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID so I can take a look. Thank you.
When the table is working on development/test site and not working on live, or inversely there could be a lot of reasons. Version of PHP, missing PHP Zip archive..
Can you please tell me which version of PHP do you use and do you have installed Zip archive.

...where the section in bold above is only part of the linked file (here's the full link: http://www.fcvoters.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/summary_updated_2016GAA_Final.xlsx) and the /srv/bindings... section replaces the first part (http://www.fcvoters.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/04...
The attached screenshot shows where this link is in wpDataTables.
I'm also attaching the "PHP error log" that seems to be associated with this problem, in case it is helpful to you.
