I created a couple of new replacement tables and for some reason I get an additional section now above the main table(red header) that shows 4 columns with a data header and an input box under it.  Red arrow in the attachment

How can I get rid of this additional section .

ie:

Group Name

  box under it 

The filtering is not the problem. I normally have filtering and that does not make the upper section display. Something is causing the additional area to display. It is the upper section where the red arrow is pointing on the document I attached. All I want to show is the lower section table with the red header and below.
