We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have purchased WpData Tables today. However after activation when I tried to create a test table using both Create New Table as also Table Constructor methods the page hangs into infinite looping.
The mysql connection test on external db is successful however table generation fails or loops.
The difference I see between table constructor method and create new table method is in terms of identification and population of table and columns with constructor. After that when i try to save the table the circle animation keeps looping without result.
The above problem got solved on restarting the machine but I am facing another problem.
I have a table with the basic details of the customer viz columns are Cust Id which is VARCHAR , First Name VARCHAR Middle Name, Date of Purchase DATE
Now the problem is when I try to insert a new row of data the output thrown at me is " There was an error trying to insert a new row!Error:Column Cust _ID can not be NULL"
In the process of debugging I changed the column type in optional column setup window of WPData Tables to Integer...then I get the same error for the next column ie for First Name. On changing that to integer the bug moves to next column and so forth.
What is happening and how to debug. I have a separate ID field which is auto increment.
This happens in preview window while in runtime trying to add results in hanging of the new record updation window
Hi Satyakirti,
Thank you for the purchase.
I have replied you on your another ticket about this
