Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This issue is happening because of WPtouch Pro plugin. When it is activated they are loading jquery.remodal.min.js library also as we. Maybe the best option is to deactivate their plugin when you want to duplicate the table or to exclude their library in their source code. You can try to deactivate it and you'll see that duplicate feature is working.
The "Duplicate" button in the administration-dashboard doesn't work.

It's easyest duplicate using PhpMyAdmin. I think it's not a good idea deactivated WPTouch.
