This issue that is happening sometimes is probably not related with wpDataTables then with your theme or some other plugin. When you open developer console on that page you'll see that you have JavaScript error on it:
This error started to showing after WordPress update 4.7 because some of the themes are not compatible with it. Please try to update your theme, and WordPress to newest version to see does this error disappear.
We receive many complaints that the tables does not always load when clicking on a product page.
We have front end editing on.
