Thanks for the info! I did try and deactivate/reactivate and that had no effect. But I did switch themes on our development server and that did seem to make a difference. Everything was working correctly in version 1.7.1 but when I upgraded to 1.7.2 that is when I noticed the difference.
Maybe the theme got updated too and that caused our plugin CSS to be overwritten. Can you please send me the link of that page to take a look. Also it would not be bad to contact the theme authors to ask for this issue.
We contracted with a local business and had a custom theme built a year ago and they haven't done any theme updates since then?
It's only happening to the last column in every table on the site (we have about 10 of them). When i go in and hide the column, it just applies the weird formatting to the last available column.
Thanks! Do you know if there is a way to override the theme's CSS to remove that float:right to just target the WP Data Tables styles? This just seems to be affecting the WP Data Tables and not static tables. I have a Custom CSS plugin and when I changed this element to the below code it affected the look of the header of the whole site.
The one suggestion is to change the theme, because we do not have the list of supported themes and there are lof themes right now so we can not control all of them, their changes, updates etc. The other solution is just that you have done, and that is to change the code. I am glad that you solve the issue, good job. Hope that everything is working fine now. Best regards.
After upgrading the plugin to version 1.7.2, the last column in all tables of our site have weird alignment and formatting.
Hi Ashley,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please try to deactivate/activate the plugin.
Also change the theme and see if it will work with another.
Let me know the result.
Kind Regards,

Hi Ashley,
Please take a look at attachment files.
It looks like something is adding width 20%.
Do you have some custom CSS because this code
is not related to anything and that is very strange.

I have that specific column (forms/procedures) set to 20% width and the following is the custom CSS I have in the WP Data Tables settings area:
When I remove that extra custom CSS code nothing seems to change with the formatting of the last column.
Here are some other pages that have tables on them:

Hi Ashley,
Now I see the issue. It is in the theme. Take a look at attachments .
When you uncheck this
You can see then the table look as it should.
