Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Also point me to some table ID from which I can make a chart.

Now I see what the issue is.
This is a small bug on our side and I forwarded this to our developers.
This happened when you try to edit the already created chart and change the render engine for it.
Can you please tell me are you able to create a new chart, because I was able to create another one on your site. You can find it, the name of that chart is wpdatatables support.

I was able again to create a chart. Can you please tell me from which column do you try to create the chart.
Also I noticed that your excel file is not properly created. you have an empty cell B. ( Attachment ) So please delete or populate that column .

Not all highcharts are available with our plugin.

Can you please tell me which characteristics do you want to be in the table.
Maybe the solution will be to make a table called "Cars Characteristics" and have the columns like
-Car name (model)
-Petrol
-Performance
-General information
-Engine
etc.

My suggestion will be:

Make a column with data like from the column A in Excel file that you sent me.
For SYNC Edition, White and Black and Titanium make another 3 columns that will be select or checkboxes with values (1.6 AMT, 1.5 AT, 1.0 AT etc.) also make a column with just 2 values  ( Benzin and Diesel) and also make them selectbox or checkbox.

You can easily make that as manual tables using our wpdatatables Constructor.
You can take a look at our documentation where you can see how to make manual tables.
