I, i'd like remove same fuction on editable table , I want delete 'new' and 'delete' option for same table

Thank you for your purchase.
Our suggestion is to hide that buttons using CSS rather than modifying and changing the plugin code.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table ID where I can test it.

For this you would need to open the file: source/class.wpdatatable.php, and find this block:

To hide new and delete buttons you can add this CSS on Custom CSS field on wpDataTables settings page or directly on the page between <style></style> tags:
