I am trying to make changes to my website, first by updating our staging area and then pushing it to go live. I've done a full replication of the content and databases using "GoDaddy" to the staging site, but noticed that although the tables appear to have been replicated onto the staging site, the content of the tables are not there. Additionally, when I try to manually copy some content across I get the following error (picture attached)
Is there a way of ensuring all tables and the content within them are replicated properly to the staging area? I want to ensure that we do not overwrite live data with blank tables when we push the staging site to go live.

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please upload the image again because I can not see it.
Something went wrong with the Ticksy yesterday so maybe that was the issue.
Kind Regards,
