In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

is there any way to have the Data charts generated automatically according to the table? to connect them somehow... the problem now is that we must 1. create the table and copy-paste the shortcode 2. create a new Chart each time for this table and copy-paste the shortcode too...
*it would solve my request if i could duplicate a chart just like i can duplicate a table..

Hi Kostas,
Unfortunately something like this is not possible. If you want to create wpDataChart from newly created wpDataTable you have to create it with chart wizard. We have plans to add duplicate feature for wpDataCharts for feature releases, but I can't promise you when. We are currently working on version 2.0 that will have a lot of new features. Stay tuned.
