Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

I have successfully create wpDataTable from the file Parts.csv that I have found on your media uploads. Also I have tried to create a table from Trial-Parts-Database-copy.xlsx excel file and I got an error. This is probably happening because you don't have installed Zip lib extension on your server. Can you contact your hosting provider to install this for you or to install it by your own if you know?

I logged in successfully. 

And I can see this error when i try to save the table: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, internet connection or plugins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.
