Trying to tweak the table to better represent grouped data but I don't seem to be able to to apply custom CSS to the grouped row—essentially a sub heading. The attached graphic shows how I'd like it to display. Any pointers on being able to tease out the class for applying the CSS across all of the sort sub headers would be nice. I'm wondering it should actually be set under "Color and font settings" but it isn't there (at least I couldn't find it) even though I'd also like to be able to customize some tables further anyways.
I must admit, I'm also a little stuck on the CSS required to get the class filter_column filter_checkbox to display horizontally rather than in a column. That has got me totally stumped to.
Cheers
Hi gsmckinlay,
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please just point me to the table ID so I can see what can be done.
Thank you.
Kind Regards,

Hi gsmckinlay,
You can add this CSS directly on the page between <style></style> tags or in Custom CSS Field on wpDataTables settings page:
Then just change CSS properties by your own needs. Hope this helps!
