Yes, I tried that. I also deleted it and then reinstalled it a few times. I re-installed the free version and that works fine. No idea why it's not working with the paid version.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
As I see you just have wpDataTables lite version installed on your website? Can you upload also premium version that you have downloaded from the CodeCanyon to your WordPress plugins folder so we can investigate the issue? Thanks!
The free version lets me upload from excel, google, etc but the paid version freezes up when I try to do that. Any idea why that would be?
