    I already installed the software in the site and when I attempt to create a table I upload the file, choose the file, complete the setup and press save and the screen stays there for hours....it never completes the creation of the table

    Hi Rafael,
    Thank you for the purchase.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

    Hi Rafael,

    What type file did you use to create wpDataTable? Excel, CSV, Google Spreadsheet...? I tried to create wpDataTable from BB.xlsx that you had already on your website and everything is working fine.

    Milo still the same. I upload the file and when I click save it will stay on the saving screen for ever.

    Anything special regarding the excel file I need to do?

    Milo I forgot to mention that when I try to see a previous on the edit page to the table you created the same happens...it never loads. I'm using chrome any compatibility problem with that?

    I just try with Explorer and it worked right away, so it seems the problem is related with Chrome which is fine I can work that from explorer.

    Hi Rafael,

    I was using Chrome browser and seems that everything works fine for me. It's a weird thing. Maybe you can try to update Google Chrome to newer version to see does it resolve the issue?
