With 1.7.1 upgrade, I have a serious drawback since all the fields in "single value" edit mode are reseted to the first list value when editing. I tried to downgrade but the problem persists. Any idea on how to solve this as my website is now blocked in order not to loose data.
On top of that I had to pay another licence just to have answer on this problem, whereas I judged it is coming from your new update and not from any manipulation issue on my side, so I'm a bit dissapointed to spend money for that.
Could you please explore the problem, I'm ready to provide you access to my production website ?
We pushed fixed version of the plugin 1.7.1 where this issue is fixed but you have probably first release.
Please send me a link of t he page where you have a table with this issue and please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
I downloaded the latest version of the plugin (ie new download from today) but the problem persist. I will send you link + wp-admin account so that you can look from the inside.
It works now. After your "magic" + the cache cleaning.
I'm still a bit frustrated that this update failed and that I had to pay to be able to raise this question, but I'm quite happy to see how quickly you fixed the problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience once again. We have pushed fixed version of 1.7.1 but you had obviously version of 1.7.1 that was with this issue. Reason of this issue is because we have updated library for selecters but this newly version had issue so we had to revert to previous one. Let me know if there's anything more that we can do.
We changed the logic for predefined values, so now there are two types of predefined values. One are Filter predefined values(s) and second one are Editor predefined value(s). If you are thinking on Editor predefined value(s) you will have to enter them again.
We did this because some users wanted to use different predefined values for filters and editors.
OK but in Editing, I cannot add values in the Predefined values. There is only a scrolling menu, not the usual box in which it was possible to add several values separated by |
OK, thanks for the trick. I'm a bit disappointed that the update did not managed automatically to retrieve all my parameters but at least I have the method now.
If you look on my site you will see also that the Edit pop-up in front end is totally ugly and buggy compared to the one on the backend. Could you solve this second problem also ?

Hi bleu34,
Can you check does it work now? Just before that please clear the cache so that the changes would be applied.
Can you also please send me a table where this issue is happening if it's not fixed?

No it's OK. You can close this ticket.
I removed your access to my website.
Hello Milos,
I'm encountering a new problem of upgrade with the new version 2 : All my Predefined values in "Single value select box" are lost.
Could you have a look and tell me what's wrong (or better to fix it ;-) ?
Thanks
Severin
PS : I send you connection data in private post.

Hi bleu34,
The usual scrolling menu is replaced like from the attachment.
If you want to edit the predefined values you can do that like this ( attachment 2)
You can find more information in our documentation.
Best regards.

HI bleu34,
I can see that the issue is just in the front end because in the backend the edit modal is looking as it should. ( attachment)
This issue can be related to the theme, so can you please tell me if you can change the theme and see if it is working after that.
Best regards.

Hi, I tried 4 other themes and the bug is still here.
I found a plugin which was interfering with yours : Ajax Event Calendar
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/ajax-event-calendar/
When I deactivated it, there was no more problem with the front end editing pop-up.
HI bleu34,
Glad to hear that you found the cause of the issue.
Best regards.
