Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.

Can you please try now.
When you are creating manually tables and when you have select box for filter type.
After every entry (or when you finish adding ) for that column where you want to have select box click on Create from column values option. (attachment)

Notice
Select box is working on exact search so in case like yours, where you have like for example 01 and 06 option to select , it would not find anything.
Let me know if you managed to do this with Create form column values so I can change the select box to do the %LIKE% search.

Sorry for late response we had some tasks for upcoming 1.7.2 update.

Can you please try it now on your this link http://www.sitoand.it/khc/registri/registro-figure-professionali/ does the chekbox is doing what you desired.
Now when you check 01a - Agricoltura the results will be when 01a - Agricoltura is alone in the cell and where you have 01a - Agricoltura in combination with other options for example 01a - Agricoltura, 02 - Estrazione di minerali (cave, miniere e giacimenti petroliferi). 

I can also do this for select box if you want me to do it.

Sorry but I got very confused because I can not find checkboxes on the page that you provide me and this part "we want to check "test1" for example. As soon as you see it searches should be able to see all the records that have "test1, test2, etc. Etc.", The system will instead show us only those who have "test1". was not clear to me.

Just for clarification:
When you search for "test1" you want to show rows which have just "test1" without showing rows which have "test1","test2","test3" etc.

Sorry but I can not see where I can select the test1, the only way is to type in search field for the table.
This is the steps that I used when I changed the code in the previous version for check box and select box ( then you have test1, test2 for select or check boxes).

In file ../wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatatable.php for selectbox search for:

$search .= '`'.$aColumns[$i]."` = '".addslashes( $_POST['columns'][$i]['search']['value'] )."' ";

and replace it with

$search .= '`' . $aColumns[$i] . "` LIKE '%" . addslashes($_POST['columns'][$i]['search']['value']) . "%' ";

And for checkbox search for:

$search .= '`'.$aColumns[$i]."` = '".addslashes($checkboxSearch)."' ";

and replace it with:

$search .= '`' . $aColumns[$i] . "` LIKE '%" . addslashes($checkboxSearch) . ">#/pre###
