In the documentation I know you show the options to prefilter your search but my users aren't savvy enough to do that. Would it be possible to show the search terms in the url string when someone searches? That way they can copy and paste their own links?
Unfortunately we do not have this functionality in our build-in and it requires some code customization. If you are skillful with programming this can be done by creating link dynamically using Jquery to build URL. If not, we can offer you our paid customization service and you can hire one of our developers to implement this feature for you. If you are interested please give us detailed instructions and we can send you quote for this service.
I will definitely forward your solution to our lead developer and maybe we can implement this functionality in future. Thank you again for sharing the ideas and solutions with us.

Bogdan,
I worked with a developer and came up with this javascript solution! Feel free to modify it for other users.
var v = {}, q = {};
(function(j){
j('body').on('change', '[type=search]', function(){
var get = '?wdt_search='+this.value;
window.history.pushState('', '', get );
})
window.history.pushState('', '', decodeURI(window.location.search) );
j(window).load(function(){
j('table').on('keyup', 'input', function(){
var act = this.getAttribute('data-index'),
get = '';
q[act] = this.value.length > 0 ? 'wdt_column_filter['+act+']'+'='+ this.value +'&' : '';
for( i in v )
get += q[i];
console.log(q[act]);
window.history.pushState('', '', '?' + get );
});
var x = 2;
j('table .search_init').each(function(){
this.setAttribute('data-index', x);
v[x] = '';
q[x] = '';
x++;
});
});
})(jQuery);
