Im having trouble creating a table from the wpDataTable Constructor when I select the option "I would like to read the initial table data from an input file or Google Spreadsheet."
The page hangs up and will not proceed to the next step. Toggling the activation of the plugin does not have any effect. I have checked the SQL databases and everything seems OK. Any solution?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also send me the link of that google spreadsheet so I can take a look. Thank you.
I logged in successfully.
And I can see this error when i try to upload file using Google Spreadsheet in wpDataTables constructor:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, internet connection or plugins but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can you please investigate your server log and see if there is some errors.
