When I upgrade from the lite version to the full version I loose the ability to see rendered charts in the Chart Wizard. When I select any of the three chart types from the chart render engine nothing is displayed below but it works fine when I am in the lite version.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just c heck PRIVATE so nobody can see it except us.
Deactivated the plugin and cleared all caches and still not showing. See the attached screenshot. If I delete the plugin and reinstall the lite version it works again fine but I just don't have the functionality of the full plugin.
Sorry, I don't have any way to allow anyone to get internal unless they are onsite. Is there something I can look for? It seems like it would be something in the files of the of the plugin since it works fine with the lite version and not with the downloaded version I got from my purchase.
Can you open developer console (Ctrl+Shift+I ) and see there is some JavaScript errors? With TeamViewer I can access you computer so I would be able to see your website.
That looked like it worked! Chart options from both google charts and chart.js showed up, I selected one of them. I will play with it over the weekend and let you know if I have any more issues.

unfortunately it is setup as an intranet site so there is no way to access it. Perhaps some screen shots?
Hi tmetcalfe,
Can you try to deactivate/activate plugin, clear cache and see does it helps?

Here is what I get when I uninstall the plugin and reinstall the lite version.
Hi tmetcalfe,
Do you maybe have TeamViewer so I can log in and take a look ‘from the inside’?
