Can't install this. Not prepared to pay to install it. It keeps plugging in the light version. Nowhere does it allow you to submit purchase code to enable the pro version. Now it seems that the charts are not included in this product. The whole thing is a stuff up. Not what i'm envisioning at all. Will someone please assist so we can salvage this situation as I've been going in circles for 3 hours already.
Wuxi data, ore stocks and the fecr prices all had issues with the dates. Incidentally, they worked on your competitor's programme, visualiser! Some of the dates showed up until like 2013, then it decided that 2016 should be called 2036. Bit crazy actually.
Then the benchmark price table, it jumbled the order up. It should list it first quarter 2016, second quarter etc etc... and it didn't!
Yes I have selected date. I have honestly tried a whole bunch of permutations spending a few hours and to no avail. Then I tried your competitors Visualiser and it worked. So I don't think it's our spreadsheet.
Incidentally- I have a question. Can you only have one spreadsheet per excel workbook (like I've attached). Or can you load a complete excel file and select the charts you want?
Can you try to change date format in CSV File Wuxi Data and then it will work fine. Date format should be dd/mm/yyyy. You can take a look at this dummy table that I attached in this ticket how it should be formatted.
After you create wpDataTable, you can change Date Format in wpDataTables settings page and to display it in mm/dd/yyyy if you want to use that format.
You can add one more column to benchmark price table and add order numbers in that column. So in row where is first quarter 2016 you'll add 1, for second quarter 2016 you'll add 2 and so on. After you create wpDataTable you should set Default sorting column ascending for that order column. If you don't want to show that column in frontend you can uncheck visible for this column.

I want the order to be : first quarter 2016, second quarter 2016.....................first quarter 2017.
To date this one article has taken me 1 week to get out because of the nuances in this programme. I'm hoping the experience improves.
