I tried to add a new table by uploading an excel sheet (1.) and by copying a - published to the web - google sheets link (2.). However both approaches produced an error.
The first approach produced an error 500.
The second produced the following error: wpDataTables backend error: Please provide a valid 2-dimensional array.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table IDs so I can take a look.
Please take a look at attachment file where you can see that I successfully uploaded your table.
The issue is about error 500. The 500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem probably isn't with your computer, internet connection or plugins but instead is a problem with the web site's server. Can you please contact your hosting provider and ask them what may cause this issue.
