So I want to use some native dataTables functionality. For instance: "table.page.len( -1 ).draw()" . I am trying "wpDataTables.page.len( -1 ).draw();" and "wpDataTables.table_1.page.len( -1 ).draw();" and other tryes. This is not working. How to run them?

This example shows how to hide a column. and you can put this code in Text field on desired page.
