We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I am trying to delete unused wpDataTables tables from my SQL database using phpMyAdmin. The problem I am having is that the names of these databases do not match, for some reason, inside phpMyAdmin.
For example, the shortcode for one unused table is [wpdatatable id=12] but it has a different number inside phpMyAdmin.
I see both names, inside phpMyAdmin, like this:
wp_wpdatatable_5
but I also see regular names.. I guess the name I gave it inside your plugin. Is there a simple way to identify corresponding tables? Thanks
Here is an example. The shortcode for XXX table is 12 but inside phpMyAdmin it is shown as 7. This makes it difficult to track down the right tables for deletion.
Hi James,
Thank you for your purchase.
The ID's of the wpDataTables are not the same as ID's of the tables from database. You can take a look at wp_wpdatatables table in database and see relation between wpDataTables and tables from database.
So I should be looking at the column called "content"?
Hi James,
You can take a look at column called mysql_table_name
