Because serial number is unique my suggestion is that we make filter in form for serial number and to make button called "Search" for example. The table will be hidden.
When user enter their serial number and click on button search, that action will do the exact search and it will display the 1 row(with date and product description ) for that user.

Please take a look in Additional settings of the table and tell me do you have option to choose 1 entry as Display length.

I just have few questions about front end.
The whole table will be hidden and you will have "Search" button like this( See the attachment)
Of course this is just a first version I will modify it.
Your users will enter ID and then the data will be shown for that ID only.
I have some few modifications to do like when they delete number or enter the letter the table will be hidden.
So I will let you know when I finish.

I manage to implement the functionality on your site but there is some CSS work to do, but now it took so long to load your page and I can not access your site. Can you please investigate your server log and see what may cause the issue because I still can not open any of your pages.
Also take a look at your test page and tell me if that is what you wanted.

For "Serienr" column you can unchecked Visible option in Optional column setup for that table and that column will be hidden. Take a look at the attachment.
