1. Create a Developer Account on Facebook: Log in or create a Facebook Developer Account at Facebook Developers. Once logged in, follow the registration process by agreeing to Facebook’s Terms and Developer Policies.

2. Create the App:

   • Click on Create App, select the Business app type, and fill in the necessary details.
   • Follow the process to complete app creation, providing your business details such as business name, email, phone number, and website.
   • Make sure the number you provide is not already registered with WhatsApp.

3. Obtain a Permanent Access Token:

   • Under the Facebook Developer account, go to System Users in Business Settings.
   • Create a new system user, assign the Admin role, and give them full control over your app.
   • Then, generate a permanent token with the necessary permissions (whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management).

4. Configure WhatsApp in Amelia:

   • In Amelia, go to Amelia/Notifications and click on the WhatsApp Notifications tab.
